Refund & Cancellation Policy

You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, postmarked no later than midnight of the following third business day. Windows that are unclaimed after 6 months will be deemed abandoned and will remain the property of Window World.

Cancellations made after the three-business-day window may be subject to a 10% fee based on the total contract price, which will be withheld from any refund to cover costs already incurred.

Additionally, a refund may be issued if a signed contract includes specific product requirements that cannot be fulfilled, and none of our approved manufacturers are able to produce the requested items.
